TikTok Offices & Ad Agency Roadshow
Giant iTab faced the unprecedented challenge of creating an interactive centrepiece for TikTok’s new EMEAoffices. Their vision was to enhance user experience and transform group activities and live presentations intoengaging fun-filled experiences.
The solution needed to incorporate TikTok’s branding, support high-quality video creation and be transferablewithin different office spaces. To this end, Giant iTab delivered a bespoke TikTok-branded unit featuring 4Kcameras, speakers, a high-powered OS, fully mobile functionality and user manuals.
This innovative approach set a powerful new standard for interactive marketing engagement within the TikTokmarketing mix. The success at TikTok’s London centre led to further commissions for new offices in the UK,Germany & Southern Ireland. For the UK Roadshow, the solution required modularity and easy transportability.Thus a more portable and modular design was created with custom flight cases ready to be showcased at 26differnt events over the course of 2023 and again in 2024.
Instant Instagram
Designed to deliver an engaging group experience at the EN Awards 2024.
Exhibition News had seen what Giant iTab was doing with TikTok and wanted a way to enrich attendee experience with something engaging which most people already know how to use. Thus, an Instagram “selfie station” solution was conceptualised to create extended visibility around the event.
Attendees would post selfies from the Official EN Awards Instagram account to ‘stories’ and tag themselves and their companies. They would then get notifications on their own accounts and choose to repost, so their followers would see their attendance.
This provided EN with tangible assets during and post-show having reached the followers of of 30+ companies 40+ event profs via their respective Instagram stories, extending their event visibility outside of the event attendance by a staggering percentage
The London Marathon
Demonstrating apps to their full potential, the Giant iTab smartphones are able to enhance the user experience & transform “standard” live presentations into engaging, fun-filled transformative events
Thrilled to have worked alongside experiential agency Set Creative – WPP Experiential Agency to supply Tata Consultancy Services with x8 Giant iTabs for the London Marathon Events Show at ExCeL London, with custom Giant Smartphone coloured fascias, showcasing the TCS London Marathon App with thousands of stand visitors wishing their close ones ‘BeliefBoosters’ throughout the race along with thousands of people taking selfies with different filters with the option for having them privately emailed.
We also had a giant smartphone on the main stage where it was used as a tool to present the app to a large audience with all its features, including tracking the runners.
This solution was not only perfect for experiential marketing, the visual & digital customisation also allowed sponsors to better showcase their services too.
According to official figures published by Set Creative, this resulted in 5,920 app demos from TSC staff on the stand using Giant iTabs, a total of 4,003 selfies taken over the course of the 4-day event using Giant iTabs, and a whopping 17,993 ‘Belief Boosters’ submitted by stand visitors using Giant iTabs. This then had an exponential multiplier effect through their own social media resulting in over a million likes and shares.
